Do you really not charge a service fee?
We never charge a service fee for any currency exchange transactions because we believe in offering our customers the best rates available. That's our promise to our valued-customers.
What is your current exchange rate?
We strive to provide our clients the best rates possible and as rates are constantly fluctuating please inquire by telephone at 416-599-NHVN(6486) for our most up-to-date rates (For mid-market rates please refer to XE OR BANK OF CANADA. Although, please keep in mind that external websites only reflect a medium of the currency rates, therefore, NHVN Currency Exchange's sell/buy rates may not be the same.)
Are you able to hold quoted rates until I arrive in person?
We do our best to hold a quoted rate for our clients but because of fluctuating rates in the exchange market we may not always be able to hold certain phone or email quoted rates. However, we always offer every customer our best available rate.
Can you deliver to my home or business?
We currently do not provide home or business deliveries but we are located at a very convenient location in the heart of Toronto's downtown, Chinatown. Come see us at: 222 Spadina Avenue, Unit# 101C. Our hours of operation are: Monday to Friday, 10:30am to 5pm, we're closed on Weekends and Holidays. We do try to accommodate clients outside of regular hours. Please contact us for more information.
